高端外國專家申請《外國高端人才確認函》辦事指南

l 申請人基本條件
1👩🏻🎓👨🏻🦱、應年滿18周歲，身體健康，無犯罪記錄🏋️♂️，境內有確定的用人單位👎🏻，具有從事其工作所必需的專業技能或相適應的知識水平👦🏿。
2、符合《外國人來華工作分類標準（試行）》中的外國高端人才（A類）標準條件：

註🚶：
1🧑🏿🔬、外國專家憑《外國高端人才確認函》向我國駐外機構申請外國人才簽證（R字簽證）入境。
2🤵🏻♂️、入境前申請《外國高端人才確認函》無需提交紙質材料原件至國際合作處🚾，但需保管好所有材料⚡️。入境後停留時間超過90天的外國專家按照《未入境的長期外國專家辦理工作許可指南》中的“步驟二”申請《外國人工作許可證》。
3、申請《外國人工作許可證》時，符合《外國人來華工作分類標準》外國高端人才（A類）（一）入選國內人才引進計劃標準的申請人無需遞交紙質材料原件至國際合作處；符合其他外國人才標準的申請人需提交所有材料原件，外事專管員提交至辦證受理窗口核驗👨🏻⚕️。
4、審批期限：6個工作日（以提交完整並符合要求的材料為準）📹。

● Basic Requirements for Applicants
1. The applicant should reach the age of 18 in good health status and have no criminal record and a specific employer in China; the applicant should have knowledge or skill commensurate with the target post.
2. The applicant is high-end foreign talents (Category A) according to “Evaluation Criteria for Foreigners Employed in China (Trial)” :

Remarks:
1. Foreign experts with the “Confirmation Letter for High Level Foreign Talents” can apply for R visa in overseas embassy or consulate of China before entry.
2. Before entry into China, original certificates and documents need to be well kept by the applicant. After entry, the applicant who will stay in China for more than 90 days shall apply for the “Work Permit for Foreigners” according to “A Guide for Long-term Foreign Experts (in Abroad) Applying for Work Permit ” Step 2.
3. High-end talents (Category A) (1) Selected for the talent projects in China doesn’t need to submit the original certificates and documents. In other cases, submission of all original documents is compulsory for examination and verification when applying for the “Work Permit for Foreigners”.
4. Time required for examination and approval: 6 working days (after submitting qualified materials).
