高端外國專家申請《外國專家短期來華邀請函》辦事指南
（用於申請訪問簽證）
外國專家來華停留時間不超過 90 天（含），視為訪問、交流、考察，屬短期外國專家📩。駐外簽證機關憑設區的市級（含）以上外國專家主管部門簽發的邀請函，為其辦理在華停留時間不超過 90 天（含）的訪問（ F 字）簽證🦦。
l 申請人基本條件
符合《外國人來華工作分類標準（試行）》中的外國高端人才（A類）🤹🏻♀️，有明確的來華工作任務🤛🏽，有詳細的在華活動日程，有充足的費用保障外國專家來華🀄️。

註：
1、 審核通過後由辦理機關簽發《外國專家來華邀請函》，外國專家持來華邀請函申請 F 字簽證（停留時間不超過90天），入境後無需辦理工作類居留證件🧏🏽。
2、審批期限🧝🏽🚵♀️：10-15個工作日（以提交完整並符合要求的材料為準）。
Application Guide for Short-term Foreign Experts Invitation Letter
（for F Visa Application）
Short-term foreign experts refer to those who stay in China for a term of no more than 90 days, making visits, exchanges, and investigation, etc. They can apply for visas in overseas embassy or consulate of China with the invitation letters issued by the Chinese administration of foreign experts at or above the municipal level.
● Basic Requirements for Applicants
High-end foreign talents (Category A) with specific work tasks, detailed work schedules and sufficient financial support during their stay in China.

Remarks:
1. Foreign experts can apply for visas in overseas embassy or consulate of China with the invitation letters issued by the Chinese administration of foreign experts at or above the municipal level.Foreign experts do not need to apply for work class residence permit after entry into China with F visas (less than 90 days of period of stay).
2. Time required for examination and approval: 10 working days (after submitting qualified materials).
