長期外國專家申請外國人工作類居留許可辦事指南
長期外國專家應當自入境之日起30日內，向上海市公安機關出入境管理機構申請辦理外國人工作類居留許可證件。
在中國境內居留的外國人申請延長居留期限的，應當在居留證件有效期限屆滿30日前提出申請🦤，按照要求提交申請事由的相關材料😷🚶♂️➡️。外國人居留證件登記事項發生變更的👨🎓，持證件人應當自登記事項發生變更之日起10日內申請辦理變更🧑🎨。
一、所需材料
1、交驗本人有效護照及簽證原件（需交至出入境約一周）
2、提交本市住宿地派出所出具的境外人員臨時住宿登記單原件及復印件（入境後24小時內於“境外人員住宿登記自助申報系統”在線申報https://gaj.sh.gov.cn/crj/24hr/web/zcbd/login?relogin=true)
3、現場填寫《外國人簽證證件申請表》，申請人需本人至本市出入境管理部門進行免費拍照
4、六個月內的體檢證明（辦理居留許可延期、變更時無需提供）
5🦸、提交學校《外籍專家辦證申請函》（由國際合作處提供）
6、交驗學校法人證書復印件（由國際合作處提供）
7、提交《外國人工作許可證》原件🧑🍳、復印件以及二維碼內信息打印件

2、受理時間和地點𓀈：可前往上海市任意地區公安機關出入境管理局辦理：首次申請須本人親自辦理，建議前往上海出入境管理局（浦東新區民生路1500號）🥂，周一至周六 9：00—17：00（周六僅接收材料）
Application Guide for the Work Class Residence Permit
Long-term foreign experts shall apply for the Work Class Residence Permits at Exit-Entry Administrations in Shanghai within 30 days after entry into China.
For one who wants to extend their stay in China, an extension of the Work Class Residence Permit shall be applied at least 30 days before the expiration date of the current permit. If the information registered for the current permit is changed, an information update shall be applied within 10 days after the change occurs.
Ⅰ. Documents required
1. The applicant's original, valid passport and visa (Will be kept by the Exit and Entry Administration for about 1 week)
2. An original and photocopy of the Registration Form of Temporary Residence for Visitors (Fill in the form online within 24 hours after entry, website: https://gaj.sh.gov.cn/crj/24hr/web/zcbd/login?relogin=true)
3. A Visa and Residence Permit Application Form for Foreigners completed on site, and the applicant shall go to the local Exit-entry administration of public security organs in person to take a free photograph
4. A health certificate issued within 6 months (Application for extension or change is exempt from this requirement)
5. An application letter from the applicant's employer (Provided by the International Cooperation Office)
6. An photocopy of the registration certificate of the employer (Provided by the International Cooperation Office)
7. The original and photocopy of the Work Permit for Foreigners and a printed copy of the information obtained through scanning the QR code on it

Office hours and locations: The applicant may apply for the residence permit at any exit-entry administration offices in Shanghai; In-person application is required for the first-time application, and it is recommended to go to the Exit-Entry Administrations of the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau . Location: No. 1500, Minsheng Road, Pudong District. Monday to Saturday, 9:00-17:00 (except for statutory holidays; Saturdays for document acceptance only)
